ITEM 5.07 SUBMISSION OF MATTERS TO A VOTE OF SECURITY HOLDERS (a) The Annual Meeting was held on June 12, 2024. (b) Five (5) proposals were submitted by the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") to a vote of Company stockholders, and the final results of the voting on each proposal are noted below.
