OTHER EVENTS On November 24, 2025, the Board of Directors of Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc. authorized and declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $1.2125 per share on the Company's Common Stock and Class B Common Stock. The dividend is payable in cash on December 26, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 12, 2025. On November 25, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing the appointment of Matthew Barnes as President of Foot Locker International, effective December 3, 2025.
