Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers On July 1, 2024, the Company announced that Mr. Scott Robinson was elected to serve as Board Chair to replace Mr. Ken Sanders, who announced his intention to retire from the Board of Directors on June 30, 2024, effective immediately. Mr. Robinson serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee.
