Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. On May 31, 2024, WiSA Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") reconvened the Company's special meeting of stockholders (the "Special Meeting") that was previously adjourned from May 13, 2024. At the Special Meeting, an aggregate of 111,085,390 shares (or 740,569 shares after giving effect to the Company's 1-for-150 reverse stock split effected on April 12, 2024) of the Company's common stock were present in person or by proxy and entitled to vote thereat, which did not constitute a quorum. Accordingly, no action was taken with respect to any of the proposals presented at the Special Meeting, and the Special Meeting was cancelled.
