(the "Company") accepted the previously tendered resignation of Board member, Mr. Robert Yu Lang Mao, effective upon the completion of his term, which ends at the Company's 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Mao has notified the Board that his decision to not seek re-election is not based on any disagreement with the Company.
