Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On November 14, 2025, Olivier Leonetti, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of Eaton Corporation plc (the "Company"), informed the Company of his intention to leave the Company on April 1, 2026, as part of a planned transition. The Company is conducting a search to identify a successor for the CFO position and will announce a successor at the conclusion of the on-going search process.
