Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On November 12, 2025, Melissa Barcellos informed Envirotech Vehicles, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), that she will not stand for re-election to the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") upon expiration of her current term as a Class II director at the Company's 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting"). Ms. Barcellos has served as a member of the Board since March 2021 and currently serves as a member of the Board's Audit Committee and Compensation Committee and as chair of the Board's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Ms. Barcellos's decision not to stand for re-election was not based on any disagreement with the Company. Ms. Barcellos will continue to serve as a director through the end of her current term at the Annual Meeting.
