Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement On April 5, 2025, First Mid Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") entered into an Eighth Amendment (the "Amendment") to its Sixth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement with The Northern Trust Company. Pursuant to the Amendment, the Company and The Northern Trust Company extended the maturity date of the Company's $15 million revolving loan from April 5, 2024 to April 4, 2025. The foregoing description of the Amendment does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Amendment filed as Exhibit 10.1 of this Report and incorporated herein by reference.
