Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On January 30, 2025, First Seacoast Bank extended the terms of the Employment Agreements with each of James R. Brannen, Richard M. Donovan and Timothy F. Dargan, such that the terms of the Employment Agreements expire on March 1, 2028 (with respect to Messrs. Brannen and Donovan) and March 1, 2027 (with respect to Mr. Dargan).
