(the "Company") issued a press release announcing approval by the Company's Board of Directors of a stock repurchase program, pursuant to which the Company is authorized to purchase up to $1 million of its common stock over 12 months. Repurchases pursuant to the stock repurchase program are expected to commence during the second fiscal quarter of 2024.
