Other Events On September 5, 2025 (the "Redemption Date"), Gulfport Energy Corporation ("Gulfport" or the "Company") redeemed a total of 2,449 shares of its Series A Convertible Preferred Stock (the "Preferred Stock") at an aggregate redemption value of approximately $31.3 million, including accrued and unpaid dividends through the Redemption Date. No shares of Preferred Stock remain outstanding following the transaction.
