(the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it had entered into an agreement to electrify a 20-acre portion of the Company's property in Spartanburg, South Carolina in 2025 with an anticipated peak electrical load of 60 megawatts. The press release also announced the Company's recent development efforts with respect to the remaining 130-acre portion of the Spartanburg property and the results of the Company's bitcoin mining operations in March 2024.
