As of the close of business on December 8, 2025, the record date for the 2025 Annual General Meeting, there were 17,394,226 ordinary shares of the Company outstanding and entitled to vote, 6.56% of which shares were represented in person or by proxy at the 2025 Annual General Meeting, which did not constitute a quorum to conduct business.
