As of October 1, 2025, the Index will be the CoinDesk XLM CCIXber Reference Rate. As of October 1, 2025, the NAV and NAV per Share of the Trust will be calculated using the Index Price based on the CoinDesk XLM CCIXber Reference Rate. Prior to October 1, 2025, references to the "Index" in the Trust's filings with the SEC refer to the CoinDesk Stellar Lumens Index (XLMX). From and after October 1, 2025, references to the "Index" in the Trust's filings with the SEC will be to the CoinDesk XLM CCIXber Reference Rate.
