Item 8.01 Other Events. On January 21, 2025, the Board of Directors of HBT Financial, Inc. (the "Company") declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share on the Company's common stock (the "Dividend"). The Dividend is payable on February 11, 2025 to shareholders of record as of February 4, 2025. This represents an increase of $0.02 from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share.
