Item 8.01. Other Events. On February 23, 2024, Hennessy Advisors, Inc. completed the acquisition (the " Acquisition ") of certain assets related to the management of the CCM Core Impact Equity Fund. The Acquisition was consummated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the previously announced Transaction Agreement, dated as of April 26, 2023. At the closing of the Acquisition, the CCM Core Impact Equity Fund was reorganized into the Hennessy Stance ESG ETF. A copy of the press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8K and is incorporated by reference herein.
