She served as Managing Director of the company’s Sustainability and Strategic Initiatives from July 2023 to July 2024, and as Chief Operating Officer of the company from October 2019 to July 2023. From 2015 to 2019, Ms. Fong served as the Chief Executive of Save the Children Hong Kong, the Hong Kong branch of Save the Children, a non-governmental organization (NGO) that focuses on improving the lives of children through education, healthcare, and protection from harm. Ms. Fong served as a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co in Hong Kong from 2012 to 2015 and, from 2014 to 2015, served at the company as the Chief of Staff for Hong Kong and Head of Asia Strategic Change Management.
