Item 8.01 Other Events. On August 18, 2025, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company ("Hewlett Packard Enterprise") elected to redeem all $2.5 billion aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 4.900% Notes due 2025, CUSIP Numbers: 42824C AP4, 42824C AW9, and U42832 AH5 (the "Notes"), on September 17, 2025 (the "Redemption Date"). The Notes will be redeemed at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but not including, the Redemption Date. Hewlett Packard Enterprise has instructed The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as the trustee for the Notes, to distribute a notice of redemption to all registered holders of the Notes on August 18, 2025. Copies of such notice of redemption and additional information relating to the procedure for redemption of the Notes may be obtained from The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A.
