("the Company") announced that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock expected to be paid June 17, 2024 with a record date of June 3, 2024. This announcement is contained in a press release issued by the Company and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Also on May 15, 2024, the Company posted an investor presentation (the "Investor Presentation") to its website (www.hirequest.com) under "Invest - Presentations & Events - May 2024 Investor Presentation." The information on the Company's website is not incorporated by reference into this Current Report on Form 8-K and should not be considered part of this document. The website address is included in this Current Report on Form 8-K as an inactive textual reference only. A copy of the Investor Presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The Company expects to use the Investor Presentation, in whole or in part, and possibly with modifications, in connection with presentations to investors, brokers, analysts, and others.
