(the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock expected to be paid December 15, 2025 with a record date of December 1, 2025. This announcement is contained in a press release issued by the Company and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
