On January 30, 2025, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Hancock Whitney Corporation (the "Company") declared a 12.5% increase in the regular first quarter 2025 cash dividend. The quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per share is payable on March 17, 2025 to shareholders of record as of March 5, 2025.
