Item 5.02. ... Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers On November 10, 2025, Jeffrey C. Campbell informed the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Hexcel Corporation (the "Company") of his intention not to stand for reelection at the Company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "2026 Annual Meeting"). Mr. Campbell joined the Board in 2003 and has been the Lead Director since 2018. He also serves on the Audit Committee and the Nominating, Governance and Sustainability Committee of the Board. Mr. Campbell's decision not to stand for reelection was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
