Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure On August 2, 2024, Imperial Oil Limited (the "company") by means of a press release announced that the board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 60 cents per share on the outstanding common shares of the company for the third quarter of 2024.
