The following is a brief description of the matter voted upon by the members of the Company through e-voting. Appointment of Nitin Keshav Paranjpe (DIN: 00045204) as an Independent Director Re-appointment of Chitra Nayak (DIN: 09101763) as an Independent Director The matters to be voted upon were notified to the Indian shareholders as on cutoff date determined by the Company and to all registered holders of American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) who were holding the ADSs on a cutoff date determined by the Depositary. As per the Indian Companies Act, 2013, the Company provided its members the facility to cast their votes by electronic means (“E-voting”) for all resolutions. The e-voting period commenced on January 22, 2024 9:00 hours (IST) and ended on February 20, 2024 17:00 hours (IST).
