We have placed the form of release to stock exchanges concerning our results of operations for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024 under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS). The Board of Directors of the Company amongst other matters, approved acquisition of in-tech Holding GmbH engaged in Engineering R&D services and approved incorporation of wholly owned subsidiaries in Thailand, Oman and France.
