Note 1: Summary of Significant Accounting Policies Financial Statement Preparation The consolidated financial statements presented in this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q are unaudited and reflect entries necessary for the fair presentation of the Consolidated Statements of Operations and the Consolidated Statements of Comprehensive Income (Loss) for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, Consolidated Statements of Equity for the three months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, June 30, 2024 and 2023, and March 31, 2024 and 2023, the Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows for the nine months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, and the Consolidated Balance Sheets as of September 30, 2024 and December 31, 2023, of Itron, Inc. and its subsidiaries.
