Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. Itron, Inc. (the Company) held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the Annual Meeting) on May 9, 2024. Four proposals were voted upon at the Annual Meeting. The proposals are described in detail in the Company's proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 19, 2024. Each of the proposals passed. The final results for the votes regarding each proposal are set forth below.
