Item 8.01 Other Events. As previously reported, on April 10, 2025, Inspire Veterinary Partners, Inc. (the "Company") received notification from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") notifying the Company that it was not compliant with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1) (the "Stockholders' Equity Requirement"). On August 26, 2025, the Company received formal notification from Nasdaq that it had regained compliance with the Stockholders' Equity Requirement, based on the Company's Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 20, 2025. On September 2, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing its compliance with Nasdaq's Stockholders' Equity Requirement. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
