ITEM 5.03 AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS; CHANGE IN FISCAL YEAR. On November 20, 2025, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of J & J Snack Foods Corp. (the "Company") approved amendments to the Company's Bylaws (the "Revised Bylaws"). Article II, Section 2 of the Revised Bylaws has been amended to clarify the timeframe in which shareholders may submit notice of business to be brought before an annual meeting and to correct a typographical error.
