Item8.01. Other Events. Noah Hauser has been named a portfolio manager of Nuveen Real Asset Income and Growth Fund (the Fund), effective May 1, 2024. Noah Hauser, CFA, is a portfolio manager for Nuveens public global infrastructure strategies and also serves as a senior research analyst and head of North American utilities. Prior to joining Nuveen in 2015, Mr. Hauser worked at Xcel Energy as the director of investor relations. Prior to joining Xcel Energy, he was a buy-side investment analyst for an energy-focused, relative value equity strategy at Decade Capital Management, a Millennium Group company. At Decade Capital Management, Mr. Hausers responsibilities included detailed analysis on regulated utilities, independent power producers, pipelines, and master limited partnerships. Mr. Hauser began his career working as a sell-side equity analyst covering regulated utilities and power companies at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Hauser graduated with highest distinction from Emory Universitys Goizueta Business School with a B.B.A. degree with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst ® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. There have been no changes in Funds investment objectives or policies.
