Item 8.01. Other Events. The Company also announced on October 30, 2024, that its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $0.21 per share and a 5% stock dividend. The cash dividend will be paid to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 13, 2024 and payable on November 27, 2024. The 5% stock dividend will be issued December 16, 2024, to common stockholders of record on December 2, 2024.
