Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. On May 21, 2024, Liberty Global Ltd. ("Liberty Global") held its annual general meeting of shareholders (the "2024 AGM"). We had approximately 84% of our outstanding shares entitled to vote present at the meeting (either in person or by proxy). At the meeting, the following two matters were considered and voted on. 1. To elect each of John C. Malone, Michael T. Fries, Paul A. Gould and Larry Romrell as directors of Liberty Global for a term expiring at the annual general meeting to be held in 2027 or until a successor in interest is appointed. 2. Ratify the appointment of KPMG LLP (U.S.) as Liberty Global's independent auditor for the year ending December 31, 2024. Both proposals 1 and 2 were adopted. The number of votes cast for, against or withheld, as well as the number of abstentions and broker non-votes as to each proposal are set forth below.
