The filing was made in connection with the review and processing of our Issuer Company-Related Action Notification Form (the " Notification "), which was submitted to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (" FINRA ") with respect to the name change and a corresponding change in our trading symbol. FINRA has not as yet completed its review of the Notification and assigned us a new trading symbol.
