Item 8.01. Other Events On December 15, 2025, The LGL Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it has extended the expiration date of the warrants to purchase shares of the Company's common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the "Warrants"). The Warrants were previously scheduled to expire on Tuesday December 16, 2025. The extension of the expiration date of the Warrants was approved by the Company's Board of Directors. All other terms of the Warrants, including the exercise price of $4.75 per share, remain unchanged.
