Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant. On July 23, 2024, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of LAMY (the "Company") approved the dismissal of Bush and Associates CPA ("Bush") as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm, effective immediately. The Company subsequently notified Bush and has appointed Boladale Lawal & Co (Chartered Accountants) as the new auditor. Bush's reports on the Company's financial statements were unqualified, there were no disagreements between the Company and Bush on any matter of accounting principles, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope, nor were there any reportable events during the periods they reviewed. The Company has provided Bush with a copy of this Form 8-K and requested that Bush furnish a letter addressed to the Securities and Exchange Commission stating whether it agrees with the above disclosures. A copy of Bush's letter is filed as Exhibit 16.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K
