Item 7.01 Regulation FD. On April 3, 2024, Comstock Inc. (the "Comstock") issued a press release relating to the release of its first quarter 2024 stakeholder perception analysis report (the "Report"). The Report compiles the survey results in which stakeholders participated. The Report provides insight into Comstock's various operational milestones, and perceived strengths and weaknesses. Also enclosed in the Report is a brief recording of Comstock's CEO, Corrado De Gasperis, addressing the results. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K. This Form 8-K and Exhibit 99.1 are being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K and are therefore not to be considered "filed" with the SEC.
