(the "Company") engaged Plante & Moran, PLLC ("Plante Moran"), as its independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The engagement of Plante Moran as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm was approved by the Company's audit committee.
