On April 8, 2024, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of MediaCo Holding Inc. (the "Company") approved an increase in the annual base cash salary of Kudjo Sogadzi, the Company's Interim President and Chief Operating Officer, from $200,000 to $250,000, subject to tax and other withholdings as required by applicable law, effective as of April 8, 2024.
