(the "Company") issued a news release (the "News Release") announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year of 2024. The Company is webcasting a conference call on February 6, 2025 to discuss its fourth quarter and full-year 2024 financial results, during which the Company will provide an update on the business. The Company is making reference to certain financial measures not presented in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP") in the News Release, an investor presentation concerning its fourth quarter and full-year 2024 financial results (the "Investor Presentation"), and a conference call. Reconciliations of the non-GAAP financial measures to the nearest comparable GAAP financial measures are contained in the News Release. The Company believes these non-GAAP financial measures provide useful information to investors because they allow for a more direct comparison of the fourth quarter and full-year 2024 performance to the performance of adjusted continuing operations and adjusted earnings per share in the comparable prior periods.
