01. Regulation FD Disclosure
Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure. On December 23, 2025, Ramaco Resources, Inc. (the "Company") and Mulberry Industries ("Mulberry") issued a joint press release (the "Press Release") announcing the Company and Mulberry have entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding whereby the Company will negotiate an agreement to provide, on a non-exclusive basis, Mulberry with a supply of customized oxide blends that include the rare earth elements samarium, NdPr, yttrium, gallium and Dy/Tb (the "Feedstock"). Mulberry plans to use this Feedstock to bolster its rare earth stockpile to manufacture advanced permanent magnets. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
