Item 8.01. Other Events. On January 3, 2025, Mawson Infrastructure Group Inc. ("Mawson" or the "Company") entered into a Master Colocation Agreement (the "Agreement") with a NASDAQ-listed publicly traded company (the "Customer"). The Agreement begins in January 2025 and has an initial term of one year, and the parties can extend upon mutual agreement. Under the terms of the Agreement, Mawson will provide approximately 20 MW of colocation capacity at the Company's facilities. The Agreement includes provisions for digital colocation services.
