(the "Company", "we", "us" and "our") issued a press release announcing the Company's financial results for the first fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2023 and the preliminary financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2024. A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The Company's independent auditor has not reviewed or audited the preliminary estimated financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2024. The Company's actual results may differ materially from these preliminary financial results, and may be outside the estimated range. This preliminary financial data has been prepared by and is the responsibility of the Company. The Company has not fully completed its review of these preliminary financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2024.
