Executive Compensation Highlights Mesa strives to provide compensation that will attract and retain high-performing talent in our industry, motivate the Company's executive officers to create long-term shareholder value through organic and acquisitive growth, and provide appropriate monetary compensation for the significant effort involved in leadership positions at a public company. The Company believes that the compensation of its executive officers should be aligned with the interests of Mesa's shareholders and should focus our executive officers on achieving both near-term corporate goals and long-term strategic objectives.
