On January 27, 2025, Candace Matthews, a member of the Board of Directors of MillerKnoll, Inc. (the "Company") advised the Board that she was resigning from the Board effective February 15, 2025. Her decision to resign was not due to any disagreements with the Company. The Company is grateful for her service over the past four years. The Board appreciates her contributions and wishes her success and fulfillment in her retirement. In connection with Ms. Matthews' departure from the Board, the size of the Board has been reduced from 12 members to 11 members, effective February 15, 2025.
