(the "Company"), to provide flight and payload integration services in support of NASA's Flight Opportunities and Small Spacecraft Technology programs. Work under the programs would be contracted under an indefinite delivery / indefinite-quantity ("IDIQ") base contract. IDIQ base contracts allow for contracting and work may be performed if the Company and NASA agree on a task order or delivery order governing the provision of a specific project.
