(“EDD”) (each, a “Fund” and, collectively, the “Funds”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on May 6, 2024 (the “Joint Proxy Statement”) in connection with the Funds’ Annual Meetings of Stockholders to be held on June 25, 2024 (the “Meetings”).
