Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure On May 7, 2024, My Size, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release titled "My Size Regains Compliance with Nasdaq Minimum Closing Bid Price Rule". The press release and the information set forth therein shall not be deemed to be filed for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), or otherwise be subject to the liabilities of that section, nor shall it be deemed to be incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act or the Exchange Act.

01 Other Events

Item 8.01 Other Events. As previously disclosed, on November 3, 2023, the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") notified the Company that it was not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirements set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires the Company's common stock to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share. On May 7, 2024, the Company received a letter from Nasdaq that, for the 10 consecutive business days from April 23, 2024 to May 6, 2024, the closing bid price of the Company's common stock had been at $1.00 per share or greater. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and Nasdaq considers the prior bid price deficiency matter now closed.
