(formerly known as Tremor International Ltd.), located at 82 Yigal Alon Street, Tel Aviv, Israel 6789124. The purpose of this Amendment No. 3 is to report the purchase of additional Ordinary Shares on the AIM and American Depository Receipts ("ADRs") on NASDAQ. At this time of purchase, all such purchases (which were more than 60 days ago) constituted less than 1% of the outstanding Ordinary Shares. Through such purchases and the Issuer's subsequent buy back of its shares, the Reporting Persons' ownership of the Ordinary Shares has increased by more than 1%.
