(the "Company"), received a letter from the Securities and Exchange Commission stating that the Company's current independent registered public accounting firm has been suspended from appearing or practicing before the Commission. The Company has therefore terminated the engagement of OLAYINKA OYEBOLA & CO. ("OLAYINKA OYEBOLA & CO.") as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm effective immediately. The Company has commenced a search for a new independent registered public accounting firm.
