At the meeting, stockholders re-elected Maryjo Cohen to serve as a director for a three-year term ending at the annual meeting to be held in 2027. Item 8.01 Other Events On May 22, 2024, the Registrant issued a press release announcing two contract awards issued by the U.S. Army to AMTEC Corporation, its wholly owned subsidiary. First, the initial Delivery Order under the five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for production of the 40mm M918E2 High Velocity Target Practice – Day/Night/Thermal (TP-DNT) cartridge was awarded on May 17, 2024. Second, an option for production of 40mm cartridges under year three (Government Fiscal Year (FY) 2024) of AMTEC's current five-year 40mm systems contract was awarded on May 20, 2024. Together these awards total $170.2M. A press release describing the award is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8K.
